Since 1989 Triad Technology Group has been shaping the future of Portland. Find out how.
Our goal is to be a socially and environmentally responsible company. To this end, we pledge to be an agent for positive change through our office resource management and energy consumption, in our supplier partnerships, our personal lives and most importantly in our communities. We are committed to raising the bar and becoming an active citizen in the global effort to preserve our future.
We purchase renewable energy certificates to offset all energy usage in our office.
We have joined the EPA's Green Power Partnership to help promote companies purchasing green power in excess of EPA requirements.
We turn off all equipment which is not being used. Whether out of the office for lunch or home for the evening, our staff saves extra energy by turning off workstations, lights, and other equipment. Additionally all office equipment is Energy Star qualified.
TRIAD is a paperless office. We encourage communication by email and receive faxes digitally to reduce paper waste. When using paper internally, it is our policy to produce double-sided documents.
TRIAD has selected vendors which supply us with paper made from recycled content. All office paper products are at least 50% post-consumer recycled paper and processed chlorine free.
All office paper products are composted or recycled. With each delivery, these vendors take back packaging and used items (such as Print Cartridges) for reuse. By partnering with like-minded organizations, TRIAD can be active in minimizing the creation of waste.
We own a 50mpg SMART Car as a company vehicle and are committed to offsetting all CO2 emissions on company and personal vehicles.
We offer a $500 employee bonus toward the purchase of a low or zero emission vehicle.
TRIAD strives to look for ways to continually be a "greener" company. We prefer to operate at a local level to reduce consumption. By operating locally and using local vendors, we do our part to reduce the energy used by people or products having to travel. Initiating and supporting these initiatives help add to TRIAD's stability as a key organization within the Portland community
